2011 WINTER SPECIAL based on single or double occupancy:

$75+8% tax (one queen bed), $85+8% tax (two queen beds)

2012 Rates based on single or double occupancy:
$105+8% tax May 1 through May 14th
$135+8% tax (one queen bed) May 15 through September 14th
$145+8% tax (two queen beds) May 15 through September 14th
$105+8% tax September 15 through September 31st
$85+8% tax Winter rate is valid October though April

2012 vacation rental
Rented only by the week, Call for availability. Located on 3rd ave, between State and Broadway. King bed, ideal location. See “3rd Ave house” under our “Photo Gallery” for pictures.

All reservations are secured and held by Visa or Mastercard.

At time of check in the reservation may be paid for in cash, by check ($50 NSF fee), or using VISA or Mastercard.

No charges will incur if cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to day of reservation.
50% of reservation is charged if cancellation received 7 to 29 days prior to arrival.
Less than 7 days will result in full charge.

To reserve three or more rooms, or 5 or more nights we require a 50% non refundable deposit.

Nightly rates are based upon single/double occupancy.

Additional charge of $25 per person, for any room with more than two people.

8% City bed tax not included.

Check in time is at 4:30pm, however; early check in may be possible, please inquire upon arrival.

Check out time is 11am.

Breakfast is served from 7am to 9:30am.

Must be 18 years or older to book a room.

Children must have supervision at all times.
